• Main Navigation
• Public Home: return back to public home or user home page.
• Admin Home: this is the admin home page.
• Surveys
• View Current Surveys: a list of all surveys and exams with key information such as survey type, date created etc.
• Add/Edit Surveys: edit existing surveys: add/edit pages and questions etc. and create new surveys.
• Question Types: edit question types: essay, true/false, select one, select multiple, and determine whether or not they can be assigned weighted values. Primary question types have been configured for maximum flexibility. Therefore DEFAULT SETTINGS ARE RECOMMENDED.
• Survey Types: edit and configure survey types: set survey as an "on class" or "on learning object" registration type, set as "on system registration" type, or configure survey as an EXAM. Primary survey types have been configured. Therefore DEFAULT SETTINGS ARE RECOMMENDED.
• Reports
• Reports by User: displays complete records of all users with links to individual survey/exam results. Includes payment status (if relevant to client application). Printable format available. Results can be exported in popular spreadsheet format.
• Reports by Survey: Survey results summarized, plus click into any survey and view detailed results. Dynamic question results graphs can be switched on and off. Results can be exported in popular spreadsheet format.
• Users
• Add/Edit User: Add new users or edit existing users and assign security levels. Also configure registration form: create custom fields, set fields to be included and fields to be required.
• User Courses: more detailed that "Reports by User" above, this allows admin view of what any user sees on their "My Registered Classes" page.
• Unapproved Users: If system setting in "Add/Edit User" requires approval of new user registrations, this is where pending users can quicdly be approved.
• Courses
• Add/Edit Courses: new courses or learning objects are added here. Simply enter the link to an existing learning object, set the topic area, set as active/inactive, then enter a description. Users will then be able to register for the course.
• Add/Edit Course Topics: courses or learning objects can be assigned topic areas. Courses are organized an listed by topic area.
